You are personally liable for any orders that you place by telephone with www.lorisgolfshoppe.com (“Lori’s Golf Shoppe”) or any Lori’s Golf Shoppe owned or sponsored website. We currently accept the following methods of payment via telephone or our websites: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Discover credit cards or a debit card. Please do not send cash. We do not accept COD orders at this time. Please note that we do not accept multiple-pay orders on debit card or electronic check transactions. In addition, Lori’s Golf Shoppe is in no way responsible for any overdraft fees or other bank charges you may incur as a result of your purchase. It is your responsibility to retain all records of your purchase in the event it may be needed in the future.

If your order is returned to us due to being provided incorrect shipping information, you may be subject to a return shipment fee. If you place an order through Lori’s Golf Shoppe, we require an email address to send order and shipping confirmations. Your order confirmation will reflect the items ordered and the total amount to be charged.

| Lori’s Golf Shoppe will not charge sales tax for any order unless the order is placed to ship to a North Carolina address. If your order is shipping to North Carolina, the appropriate sales tax will be added to your order.
